Pale golden pour with a tight white head. The aroma is quite citrusy. Bright lemon peel and a little of light hoppiness and a bit of soft resin. The flavour is lighter than the aroma would suggest but it’s appropriately dry. Lightly hoppy on the back - very tasty stuff. Lingering citrus. Fruity and zesty. It’s good. Quiche, BBQ chicken legs, sausages

Lieutenant General John Graves Simcoe is legendary for his trailblazing into Upper Canada. As a result of this he’s had both a town and a lake named after him. That’s nothin', now he’s got a beer!
