Founded in 1987, Great Lakes is Toronto’s oldest craft brewery. We brew our award winning beers using an historic fire-brewed copper kettle.

Winter Ale, silver medal winner at the 2009 Canadian Brewing Awards, is now available. Brewed with cinnamon, ginger, orange peel and honey, it’s the perfect beer for the Canadian winter.
