Case: $60.00 | Tallboy: $3.00

View details

"I was once a great entertainer who thrilled throngs of children with dance. Then my puppet master became a CGI whiz. Beware puppet master - I know where you live..."

Great Lakes Brewery Früschoppen Lager

Früschoppen Lager

Case: $60.00 | Tallboy: $2.80

View details

A nice golden German Pilsner that pours with brilliant clarity and features some malt sweetness up front. Aromas of grass, straw and a touch of citrus. Each sip provides some slight spicy hop characteristics, floral and citrus notes and features and a very pleasant bitterness. Früschoppen is the German tradition of meeting for brunch with friends, often on a Sunday, to share beer and food (food at Früschoppen is not required and seldom eaten). Now that's our kind of brunch.

Great Lakes Brewery Blonde Lager

Great Lakes Brewery Blue Caboose Pilsner (GLB X Bar Hop Bar)

Blue Caboose Pilsner (GLB X Bar Hop Bar)

Case: $60.00 | Tallboy: $2.80

View details

What's better than a goose sitting in a hot tub? Nothing really. But a caboose that's blue is a pretty good second. This is a special collaboration with our friends at Bar Hop Bar. It's one tasty pils; something a goose would enjoy... sitting in a hot tub... or riding in a blue caboose. (Hop forward, American style pilsner)

Great Lakes Brewery Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Solstice (2019)

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Solstice (2019)

500ml Bottle: $11.95

View details

Pours midnight black with a tight (and we mean tight) mocha tan head. Menacing indeed. Aromas of charcoal, vanilla, treacle, espresso and alcohol leap from the glass with each gentle swirl. The first drink offers a reminder of the girth of this beer, as notes of bourbon, chocolate, molasses and fig pack a wallop. Each subsequent sip leads to newfound discoveries of vanilla and coffee, wood and anise. Velvety smooth yet noticeable boozy, this full-bodied stout packs a delicate balance between sweetness, bitterness and barrel. Well rounded, complex and dangerous. Best enjoyed with friends and enemies alike.

Great Lakes Brewery Canuck Pale Ale

Canuck Pale Ale

Case: $54.00 | Tallboy: $2.80

View details

The minute you crack your can, aroma of grapefruit, mango and pine hit you in the face; like a beaver slapping his tail on a pristine small body of water in Ontario. Canuck pours a deep gold, bordering on burnt orange that produces a tight snowy white toque. Take one last nose before getting into the liquid, which you’ll soon find will be hard to put down. Soft carbonation leads into a sweet honeyish start before it gives way to more grapefruit, tropical citrus, canned peaches and pine. Light to medium body with a very dry finish. Drink at your local pub, in the fish hut, campground, the beach, in a canoe (responsibly), playing shinny, on a log…actually, anywhere north of the 49th.

Harry Porter

Case: $60.00 | Tallboy: $3.00

View details

As an American style porter, HP offers up the best of a traditional porter with a flash of unique bittering hops to complement the roasted malts. Chocolate, espresso, a hint of smoke and a touch of magic area all right there in the aroma and in the flavour. Medium bodied with a creamy, silky mouthfeel, and a soft chocolatey finish, HP is wizardly in all facets. Food pairing recommendations
Bacon and eggs, braised beef pie (From Pie Commission), chocolate covered frog, coffee cake, soft blue cheese.

Great Lakes Brewery Harry Porter and The Bourbon Soaked Vanilla Bean

Harry Porter and The Bourbon Soaked Vanilla Bean

Case: $72.00 | Tallboy: $3.50

View details

It’s been said that a great sorcerer with a single magical vanilla bean can infuse the intense depth of flavour and aroma that is found in this ale. Unfortunately, we are hideously short of such wizards at Great Lakes so instead we simply used 1001 vanilla beans.

Great Lakes Brewery Lake Effect IPA

Lake Effect IPA

Case: $72.00 | Tallboy: $3.25

View details

The weather channel describes Lake Effect snow as a “mass of sufficiently cold air moving over a body of water creating an unstable temperature profile in the atmosphere.” Who cares. This beer, however, has nothing to do with that drivel. It was inspired by a summer spent drinking heaps of IPAs on a stoop on Elmwood Ave. in Buffalo, NY.

Great Lakes Brewery Octopus Wants To Fight IPA

Octopus Wants To Fight IPA

Case: $72.00 | Tallboy: $3.25

View details

Our pet octopus is a bit of a jerk. He’s that guy who has a couple then either tells you how much he loves you or threatens to fight you. So we brewed this IPA, with 8 varieties of hops and 8 types of malt. We targeted 88 IBU and 8.8% to appease him. Sadly, when he found out that we’d fabricated all of the above info, it only made him more volatile. We are starting to realize that Octopus was a poor choice for a pet.

Great Lakes Brewery Shinny Pants Session Stout

Shinny Pants Session Stout

Case: $60.00 | Tallboy: $3.00

View details

Here in Canada, we have several regionally specific phrases that arise in situations where said vernacular is considered appropriate, ie., "awww man, you spilled beer on my shinny pants, bud!" "Mike Lackey wore the same pair of pants to play shinny the day he brewed this beer." Dry, roasty, chocolately and a touch of espresso. Incredibly sessionable and perfect for post game bevvies.

Great Lakes Brewery Tetrahedron Belgian Quad (Rum Barrel-Aged)

Tetrahedron Belgian Quad (Rum Barrel-Aged)

650ml Bottle: $9.95

View details

Tetrahedron is a Belgian Quad - this version has been aged in Rum barrels. Dark fruits (raisin, fig, candied plum) alongside some caramel notes. Belgian influence on the nose of pepper and sticky sweetness, Tetrahedon packs a punch. Highly carbonated and full-bodied, this bottle-conditioned Belgian style Quad is deceptively dangerous.
