Brutalism IPA, a Brut IPA, comes exactly as billed; dry, crisp, refreshing, bold. It pours with a tight white cap on a straw yellow body. With aromas of stone fruit, nectarines, and white grape, this highly carbonated IPA provides notes of grape skin, melon, and grass. Exceptionally dry and crushable, Brutalism is a uniquely exceptional IPA.
Because of it's unique dry characteristics, Brutalism pairs well with a variety of foods, especially shellfish, roasted vegetables, fresh salads, and soft cheeses.
