Here and There
This unfiltered American IPA pours a pale lemon yellow in colour with a snowy white cap and is slightly hazy in appearance. The nose provides that of lemon rind and coconut shell amongst a touch of mint. Each gulp of the 6.6% beer showcases the wonderful qualities of the Sabro hop as flavours of fresh tangerine, guava and silky coconut assault your palate.
The soft creamy mouthfeel allows these tropical flavours to shine and will no doubt brighten your day.
Homemade tortillas w/guacamole, Kimchee ramen, Ma Po Tofu, and chocolate chip mint ice cream.
News of any new hop coming from the Yakima Valley perks the ears of IPA brewers everywhere. In 2018, after two decades of an intense hop breeding program, HBC-438 was given a name.
Derived from a hearty desert mountain variety, indigenous to the American Southwest, Sabro was unleashed on the world. Soon after, brewers wondered how they existed in a world without Sabro's incredible brewing qualities and its bold blend of fruity and citrus flavours.
All hail Sabro!
