Karma Simcoe? What? Yeah, we're crazy around these parts. We took our Karma Citra IPA recipe and turned it upside down, using Simcoe hops instead. Golden in colour with a creamy dense head. Aromas of pine, evergreen and grapefruit dominant with a slight sweetness present. Each mouthful provides notes of fresh pine followed by a wave of citrus. A dry, bitter finish.

Caribbean curry, butter chicken roti, and jerk chicken, .

News of any new hop coming from the Yakima Valley perks the ears of IPA brewers everywhere, but, in the year 2000, a game changer came along, and the buzz was bigger.

As Simcoe rolled its piney wave across the land, it became obvious to home brewers and commercial brewers alike, that this spicy little cone should become a staple.

And so it did.

All hail Simcoe!
