Miranda pours pale golden and effervescent and is quite aromatic, with fruit and spice, mirroring those in the flavour. The can conditioning results in a high carbonation, giving this farmhouse ale a refreshing bite
Roast chicken, grilled calamari, soft goat cheese, and creme brûlée.
Miranda is a special beer. Why? Well it's not everyday that you'll find a saison that is fermented in both stainless tanks and oak Foeders. Fun Fact: Oak flavour is only a minor reason why we use Foeders. We use them primarily because of their porosity, which creates a funky little ecosystem for various strains of brett and lactobacillus. Also (and hold on to your hats for this one), Miranda is can-conditioned, rounding out the body and adding carbonation, making this Farmhouse Ale far livelier than any explanation of what Foeders do can.
