Here and There
Paddy O'Beer is and easy drinking red ale with subtle roast character and a dry finish. A light touch of malt sweetness to balance the medium bitterness. Medium/light body with a soft mouthfeel.
Pad Thai, Octoberfest sausages, borscht, and Tahitian coconut and vanilla flam.
Paddy was an antisocial, raging, all-around narky oul’ fella.
One day, Paddy lost his head at a young GLB Brewer for not having an Irish Red Ale. The wee lad was scared sideways and got to brewing. As it goes, the only reason that Paddy was such an ill-tempered old lout was for missing red ale from the local back home, donkey‘s years ago.
Sure, look at yer man now! He’s grand. He’s all the go. He’s on the pig’s back because this red ale is craic!
