Pours a lightly cloudy orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is yeasty and peppery with some pumpkin spices and subtle fruit. Flavour has an initial burst of pumpkin spiciness and pepper and a lingering saison yeast quality.

One fine autumn day, one of our assistant brewers accidentally pitched saison yeast into a freshly brewed batch of our pumpkin ale.
