Summ’r ales, summ’r not. This is one is. This one is full of surprises. Although you may typically associate rice with lagers, we just went ahead and did this. And although you’d think that using red rice would make an amber ale, it didn’t. In fact, it's probably the least red beer ever. Enjoy!
