We brewed this crisp, refreshing light lager with a new hop aptly named Anchovy (Formerly experimental 24B-05 by Segal Ranch). This is a straight-up clean, easy-drinking lager, but this new hop brings gentle flavour ripples of watermelon candy, raspberry, and a hint of pine.
