Yes, Morty Jenkinson is something we all wish to aspire to. How many other dads do you know that showcase their body on a beer label? Or on a beer mug? That’s right. None.
Over My Dad Body Pilsner, a new staple in the fridges here at Great Lakes Brewery, joins Gordie Levesque (Canuck) and Sir Fuggled Doublebottom (Pompous Ass) on the year-round shelf and we’d like to celebrate that fact.
We’re looking for your BEST DAD BODY pictures featuring #FreshGLB! Head over to our Instagram account, follow GLB, post your image, tag the location, and use the #DadBodyGLB hash tag for your chance to win some awesome Great Lakes swag. OR, send your submission to CONTESTS@greatlakesbeer.com with a caption.
Your submission could be an image of you lounging in a kiddie pool, or eating hot dogs with a can of the pilsner close by, or random dad things that showcase the body! Just be sure to have fun! *And let it be known that a dad body is not gender specific. Dad body is a state of mind. All submissions are welcome and encouraged.

The Prizes
GLB staff will pore over all the submissions on Tuesday June 19th and select three winners. Gold, Silver, Bronze.
Gold – A private tour of the brewery and private tasting for you and three friends at the GLB Taproom. Plus, an unreal GLB swag package that includes Morty Mugs, and a high-five
Silver – $50 Gordie Bucks (better than real money?), a selection of GLB swag and a pint glass, and a high-five
Bronze – A collection of GLB glassware currently available at the retail store…and a high-five
The Rules
- When you submit your photo, GLB has the right to re-use the image in future contests, promotions, marketing material, point of sale documents
- No limits on photo submissions
- Must be resident of Ontario, Canada
- Must be 19 years of age
- GLB will not incur any expenses related to traveling

TASTING NOTES
Just like Dad’s favourite playlist, this crisp and clean German style pilsner will have you dancing in your skivvies with each sip. Light and refreshing, yet complex and memorable. Sweetish malt notes up front with some traces of straw, sulphur, grass and lemon are the highlights in both aroma and taste. Lightly hazy body ends with a crisp bittering finish. Let the good times roll.
