You read the headline correctly! Yes, Great Lakes Brewery is heading to Halifax for an epic Tap Takeover at Bar Stillwell!
On Thursday August 6th, to unofficially kick-off the annual Halifax Seaport Beer Festival, members of GLB will be flying down to the beautiful east-coast city to rock the bar at Bar Stillwell on Barrington Street with a number of unique one-off beers.
Final details are still being finalized for sessions, beer menus, and meet and greets, but we’ve been busy filling one-way kegs with delicious GLB beer and it’s set to ship out at weeks end.
And while we’re there, Mike Lackey and other GLB team members will be attending Garrison Brewing to participate in a special collaboration beer.
There will also be GLB beers featured at the Seaport Beer Festival alongside a number of brands from other Ontario craft breweries.
