Inspired by the classic “home and away” series in sports, the collaboration features two breweries brewing the same beer concept at their respective breweries, each putting their own hop-forward spin on the style. For this release, Collective Arts and GLB brewed two 6.5% West Coast IPAs, each highlighting a different hop variety:
HOME
Brewed at Great Lakes Brewery on February 27, this version showcases Mosaic hops, delivering bright tropical and citrus notes layered over a crisp, clean West Coast backbone.
Away
Brewed at Collective Arts in Cambridge on February 25, the away version features Citra hops, known for their vibrant citrus aroma and juicy grapefruit character.
Both beers will be released March 19, giving guests the chance to try them side by side and experience how different hop choices can shape the character of a beer while staying true to the same style.
DJ K.NE will be spinning 80s, 90s, and early 2000s sing-along classics from 5 PM to 9 PM, setting the soundtrack for an evening of fresh beer and good company, and we will be serving up Toonie Hot Dogs, the perfect pairing for those crisp IPAs.
