Great Lakes Brewery Partners with Swim Drink Fish to Raise a Glass for Clean Water.
Great water is essential in making great beer, but even more importantly, it’s essential in supporting healthy communities. Protecting that water, however, takes more than a brewery. It takes a community.
That’s why we’re proud to partner with Swim Drink Fish, a local organization dedicated to protecting swimmable, drinkable, and fishable water for everyone.
To give you a chance to be involved, we brewed Swim Drink Fish Light Lager. For every can sold, $1 will be donated directly to Swim Drink Fish to support their work protecting waterways, restoring ecosystems, and empowering communities to care for the waters we love.
SWIM DRINK FISH LIGHT LAGER
We brewed this crisp, refreshing light lager with a new hop aptly named Anchovy (Formerly experimental 24B-05 by Segal Ranch). This is a straight-up clean, easy-drinking lager, but this new hop brings gentle flavour ripples of watermelon candy, raspberry, and a hint of pine. Swim Drink Beer Light Lager is a refreshing reminder that great water makes great beer.
This partnership is an invitation for GLB supporters part of the clean water initiative. By enjoying a pint at our taprooms, ordering a few cans for home delivery, or picking up a few at our retail stores, you’re helping support programs working every day to keep our water clean, accessible, and thriving for future generations.
